Prices on the website are per person ?

Prices published are not per person, but per vehicle. You can get price information by filling out the contact form on our website and sending it to us.

How can ı make reservation

In order to make your reservation, it is adequate to full the reservation form that you can find on our website completely. your request will be replied within the same day.

How can ı make the payment

You can pay our customer representative at the airport, or during the transfer directly to our driver in cash.

How can I cancel ?

In order for you to cancel your reservations, it is adequate that you inform us via e-mail or phone.

Do your vehicles have child safety seats?

Child safety seat is available in all our vehicles if requested

What should I do if my transfer time or date changes?

If you notify us by calling or e-mail, your transfer will be updated to the new date and time.

What should I do when we need an emergency transfer?

You can let us know your transfer request instantly by contacting us by phone.

What should I do if I want to go to a location that isn’t on your list or get picked up?

If you need to go to a location that is not in our list or to be taken from a location that is not in our list, you can reach us by phone or e-mail and get Price Information.

Are you transferring only from the airport?

No, we take you from the desired location and transfer it to your desired location.

Will there be any other customers in the transfer vehicle or will there be a stopover at another hotel?

No,all transfers are private transfers and certainly not shuttle transfers.
